Streaks of colour flash.
In brilliant red, blue and green,
Fishing Kingfisher eats.
2.
Sun gently sinking
Behind hill, casts purple shadows,
Bids peaceful goodnight.
3.
Blossom tree perfumed,
Humming bird hovers, long tongue
Natures nectar sipping.
This is an English variant of the Japanese Haiku style of Poetry.
